kat dahlia

Cuban-American songstress Kat Dahlia created a lane for herself when she popped on the scene a few years back with hit singles “Gangsta” and “I Think I’m In Love,” which collectively amassed +200 million plays.

After a 2-year hiatus from releasing music, where Kat spent time redefining her musical purpose, collaborating with other artists and creating a new lane for herself, Kat shares her latest offering - a bilingual project pulling from her Latin roots fused with urban Pop rhythms.

FAQs

This promises to be an unparalleled and unprecedented community experience. We want to make sure you are prepared to adventure with us into California cannabis country. Here’s what you should know.

Where is this happening?

The experience is taking place at two locations, Aster Farms and The Lodge at Blue Lakes. Aster Farms is located in Lake County California (approx. 2.5 hrs from San Francisco) surrounded by majestic redwood forests, hot mineral springs, and scenic beaches.

Where are we staying?

We have reserved The Lodge at The Blue Lakes for the weekend (15 minutes from the farm). Click here to choose from one of the 22 rooms or suites. Rooms are not included in the ticket price so do remember to reserve your room ASAP. There are both single and double bed options.

What should I wear?

October weather in Lake County California has a high and low of 76° / 43° with little rain. Our advice is to wear layers and clothes appropriate for hiking or being in a field plus factor in insects and poison oak. Aster will provide a water bottle for you (but feel empowered to bring your own) to refill at the refreshment stations. Additionally, bring attire for dinner and bond-fire hangs.

Can we bunk up to save money?

Yes, we encourage room sharing with friends. That will lower the cost to anywhere between $40 to $90 per person each night.

Where do I park?

All parking is at The Lodge at Blue Lakes located at 5135 State Hwy 20, Upper Lake, CA 95485. Shuttle buses will drive you to and from Aster Farms.

Can I bring kids?

This experience is 21+ so unfortunately no kiddos. There is machinery on the farm and we cannot risk an unsupervised child getting into something they shouldn’t.

What’s the schedule for the weekend?

We will send the schedule to attendees prior to the event. All programming occurs on Saturday starting at 9am and concluding at 11pm.

When will programmatic details be available?

We will release more information on the talent closer to the event.

I’m interested in sponsorship, how do I get more information?

We’d love to discuss ways in which we can partner to get your brand exposure and support our goal of equity and inclusion in cannabis. Drop us a note at hello@humblebloom.co and we’ll be in touch.

Can I harvest, trim or touch the cannabis plants?

No. Unlike our previous HB Field Trip Community Harvest to Tricolla Farms, California laws are more strict. Only licensed individuals and farm contractors are permitted to touch the plants.

Can I consume?

Yes. There will be designated smoking areas at the Lodge. However, there is no smoking in the rooms. There is NO fire permitted (AKA matches or lighters) at Aster Farms. It is fire season and they are still recovering from losing the majority of their farm during the Mendocino fires.

Interested in attending but unable to afford the ticket, any way I can get involved?

We’ve created an equity program. Please email us at hello@humblebloom.co with “HB Equity Fund Application” in the subject. Tell us how your presence will contribute to the diverse voices we want to get involved; what amount you are able to pay; and what your annual income is. We will get back to you if you qualify and we have funds to defray the cost.

How can I support if I cannot attend?

Our HB Equity Fund affords deserving community members with lesser means the opportunity to join us. Make a donation in the ticket section.

Will there be an HB Field Trip near me soon?

We are working on taking this experience national. We will announce 2020 dates and locations in the new year.

Will there be cannabis for sale?

There will not be cannabis for sale for consumption.

"

To achieve great things, two things are needed; a plan and not quite enough time.
